Living with lipedema or lymphedema can feel like managing a body that keeps changing the rules. You deserve a therapist who knows the difference, works gently, and helps you build skills you can use for the rest of your life — not a one-size massage. At Body Audit USA, supporting your lymphatic system is the foundation of everything we do.
Lipedema is a symmetric, often painful build-up of fatty tissue (typically in the legs and arms) that doesn’t respond to diet alone. Lymphedema is fluid swelling caused by an overwhelmed or impaired lymphatic system. The two are closely linked: lipedema can impair lymphatic flow over time and lead to lipo-lymphedema. Manual Lymphatic Drainage supports both by clearing fluid, easing discomfort, and improving tissue quality.
Our goal is to empower you to manage inflammation through every season of life. We’ll teach you what to do at home, when to come in, and how to read your own body — so you never feel overwhelmed by the inflammatory cycle again.
Anne is trained in cancer and lymphedema care. Post-mastectomy and post-treatment lymphedema are handled with sensitivity, skill, and respect for where you are in your healing.
The Body Audit Method
Recovery follows a logical order. We don’t fight your body — we open the slack first, then do the deeper work, then help you hold the progress.
We begin with Manual Lymphatic Drainage to clear swelling and sweep debris out of the way, so your tissues can regenerate and gain resilience — ideal for menopause, athletics, immune inflammation, and surgical prep.
With circulation restored, we use deep-tissue work appropriate to your phase of healing to release scar tissue and prevent the lumpy, hardened “walls” that keep an area from ever returning to full feeling.
Once inflammation is down and restrictions are removed, we use the fascial system to align your body. Your fluid body becomes your key to quality of life — and we equip you to maintain it at home.

Before and after a single one-hour session — a dramatic reshaping, in real time.
Why it works
Lymphatic massage is profoundly effective because it is non-verbal — it speaks the language your body understands. Clearing the lymph first makes deep-tissue and orthopedic work far less painful, and it helps tissue regenerate along its original pathways so you don’t have to do your surgery again later.
The lymphatic and glymphatic systems work best when your nervous system enters deep, slow-wave rest. You may leave in a calm trance — that’s the point. Go home and rest.

Yes. Supporting the lymphatic system is central to non-surgical lipedema management. MLD reduces swelling and discomfort, and we pair it with compression and at-home self-care.
Chronic conditions often need frequent sessions — sometimes back-to-back during flares — with custom compression. We build a rhythm around your body and offer Sprint packages for intensive periods.
