I do productive work.  I will break scar tissue if needed, but only at tolerance.

In the beginning of my career, I was known as the "Deep Tissue Queen." but I learned quickly that the work doesn't hold if you force the body past its limit.  We will communicate to find the right level of progress.

 No, you may stay in your clothing.  

However,  if you choose to disrobe, you will be covered the entire time under a blanket on a heated table.   

Nothing I do will intend to arouse you.  I want you to be comfortable.
